Aufgaben

• You will take the lead in managing the relationship with the study sponsor and will be responsible for guiding the entire project framework — from study initiation and early-phase setup through day-to-day study oversight and coordination of all clinical-trial stages. You will manage the full project budget, ensure financial control, and keep the functional leadership team informed through structured reporting. You will oversee the digital systems and platforms essential for running clinical studies (such as ePRO, eCOA, eCRF and patient-engagement technologies) and ensure that all tools run reliably. You will convert the needs of Clinical Operations into clear, actionable technical requirements for internal developers as well as external IT partners. You will ensure that digital platforms are intuitive, stable and effective for both study teams and patients. Working closely with technical experts, you will help diagnose issues, deploy updates and identify ways to streamline processes and improve system performance. You will coordinate and supervise external service providers, including CRO partners, digital-health vendors and patient-support organizations. You will design, refine and implement robust processes, SOPs and documentation standards to ensure operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
